To make Trinidad and Tobago a premium tourism destination locally, regionally and internationally.

Our Objectives

1. Develop Tourism products that are strong and competitive internationally.

2. Identify what is world-class, and what will differentiate our product regionally and internationally.

3. Initiate a Tourism Sector Development Framework for Action issued with an emphasis on Ecotourism as a strategic objective.

4. Development of experiences that generate interest, ambiance and sensation.

5. Align the public sector, private sector and local communities to realise the revenue creation potential in these objectives.

6. Support the development of the required infrastructure and resource capabilities to initiate and maintain these facilities.

7. Changing the culture of service and the importance of tourism as a GDP cornerstone.

Our Strategic Action Plan

Two (2) approaches are currently being developed:

1. Creating opportunities to experience the diversity and uniqueness of our culinary talents through the identification and development of prime locations

2. Historical, Archeological, Cultural – specific historical, archeological and geological sites that will have global appeal
